1/19/2024 0 Comments One main financial pay my bill![]() Then told to reset my password through OneMain Financial Website but don’t login in there and to go back to the app and login. During multiple different conversations over the first month I was told to uninstall and reinstall. I was patient at first and willing to talk and figure out why I could not access the app. I have never been able to login to the app. I was approved for the card back in December 2021. There response when I told them I’m not comfortable sending that type of information on the web was that they have a secure server, when I told them that fine but my email is not!!! They told me sorry this is the only way we can do it!!! Not even a fax smh…in short a company that can’t fix there faults without a safe way to do so isn’t a company if ever recommended using!!! Told them cancel my card and they should invest in a fax machine and not be so useless nor absent minded about asking a client to put their personal information online to be floating about after they made the mistake!!! Terrible ethics and even worse customer service!!! They then wanted me to send emails with my drivers license and more personal information along with the card information as well. This guy was even more useless, in short they told me there was nothing they could do to fix this issue they obviously created by not typing in information they had when they ran my credit. Called customer service which was completely useless, asked to speak to a supervisor which name was Jonathan. Couldn’t set up online/app account due to this. Maybe, whenever that’ll be, I’ll be able to use my card.Be careful of this company!!! Asked me to put personal info out with no protection!!!Ĭompany sent me a card with my social security number and all information correct other then my birthday. I was told a website would be up sometime for the credit card. There’s no point to call as ask for assistance because that has always gotten me NOWHERE also. To this day, and again just now, uninstalling and reinstalling and resetting the password has gotten me NOWHERE. I’m glad I was approved for the credit but it’s unfortunate that it’s useless to me. I have a card and i had to activate it through the phone but I refuse to use it if I can’t follow the charges made and if I can’t make payments as needed. I am still waiting on the call from nearly 2 months ago now. Then I was told that the representative would have management contact me to help.
